Order processing times are separate from the shipping times
All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If in case your order comes damaged or you get a wrong product delivered, kindly call at the provided number and email us as soon as possible at liomonsinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photo of your unopened box and the product image in case of wrong product delivery. We will try our best to give you the best solution possible.
Our delivery agent will try twice in case of a failed delivery attempt which is when the customer fails to receive the shipment. For the third attempt, customer will have to incur additional charges.
