Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN / EXCHANGE

As a policy, QUALITYGOODS-28 initiates refunds once the product is returned in its original condition as delivered. Please note that if the returned product is damaged or missing price tags, we will be unable to provide a refund.

A full refund can be expected to be back in your account within 3 days after the refund request. 
We only allow returns of undamaged products with price tags intact. In case of sizing issues, we offer product exchange in your size preference.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY POINTS :

  • If the box is damaged, please record a video and report any damage within 24 hours to ensure we can address it promptly with our courier partners.
  • Only give the order refusal OTP if you want to decline the order.
  • If the shipping box looks tampered with or broken, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent or call our customer care at +91 8295099915 in their presence.
  • Do not allow delivery agents to drop packages in your building if you are not there. We cannot be responsible for any claims after the package has been dropped off.   

Damages and issues

Please make a video of the unboxing if you receive a damaged box. Please make sure this is done within 24 hours of delivery for us to serve you better.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange or return on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

We kindly accommodate size-related exchanges when reported to QUALITYGOODS-28 customer care within 24 hours of delivery. However, we regret to inform you that exchanges for reasons other than sizing issues cannot be processed and once our packaging seal is broken, we cannot add it back to our inventory as we keep our environment and inventory space thoroughly hygienic. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchange can only be allowed once, for repeated exchange request, customer will have to incur additional charges.
